Powered by the Spiders Lacrosse Club Staff, we would like to introduce our first Offensive and Defensive instructional training for the month of September! These fast paced, high repetition, small group focused development sessions will be a fantastic way to improve your game out of season and keep the focus on what YOU need the most at your given position. Come work with our staff filled with great offensive and defensive minded coaches who keep the atmosphere fun, fast, and player development focused. 

See the below slots catered to your position and age group.  Each Session by the hour has its own registration to ensure you are only paying for and attending the sessions that you will be able to make! 

All Sessions are just helmet, gloves, and stick. There is no contact in small positional group training. We are solely focused on the skill component for these sessions. 

Offensive emphasis: Stick Work, Shooting, Passing, Repetition. 

Defensive emphasis: Footwork, Positioning, Approaches, Stick Work. 

All Sessions will be held on the Campus of Saint Ignatius HS, in the Magis Athletic Center (3110 Chatham Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113).
