All Sessions are our usual 90 minute training blocks.

Our training style is the most fast-paced, high volume, high rep, high energy goalie specific work you can get. With current collegiate shooters, professional players, and some of the areas best coaches who train goalies, after 90 minutes you will leave having received more shots, more individual instruction, and more fun than anywhere else.

Our sessions limit standing around, limit sitting and waiting for "your turn" and cater to each goalies specific needs in our unique format that lends its hand to every goalie and every skill level. We meet you where you are. Small groups are created within each session, and you work with players according to your age, skillset, gender, etc. We all work as one team to deliver a product that makes everyone better, and above all, have fun while we are at it.

SIGN UP INSTRUCTION: FEEL FREE TO SIGN UP FOR ALL, OR WHICHEVER ONES YOU CAN MAKE. EACH SESSION HAS A UNIQUE TWIST TO IT, BUT BY NO MEANS DO YOU NEED TO FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE TO ATTEND ALL OR IN A CERTAIN ORDER.
