- 90 minute training sessions offered in our unique format to ensure you are maximizing your time in cage, while learning new tweaks and tools to use in your game. Wherever you are on your goalie journey we are here to help! Goalies are arranged in small pods within your age/skill to ensure the highest quality reps for YOU.
